User access
Users have access to the church-wide features their church makes available. They can view the Directory, interact with the Church Feed, use permitted Chats, submit Prayer Requests, and open Service Plans that have been made available to them.
Lead access
Leads use the same core Sundeo experience, but can also manage the groups, classes, services, attendance, and follow-up work assigned to them.
If something is missing
If you expect to see a group, service, attendance list, or follow-up item and it is not available, ask an administrator to confirm your assignment and the feature settings.
