Routes and Field Mode
Outreach uses routes and map locations to help teams work systematically through an area. The route-planning controls used to add houses are concentrated in Field Mode so the normal route view stays focused.
Working in Field Mode
Adding or deleting map markers in Field Mode does not reload the page or jump you back to the top. Changes remain as unsaved Field Mode edits until you choose Save Route and Exit Field Mode.
Automatic house population
When automatic address data is available for the selected area, use Preview to review the proposed locations before committing them. Preview is designed not to disturb your map position or refresh the page.
Status
Completed locations are shown with the completed styling, and the prospect status is labeled Good Prospect.
